b. Website Access: As long as you remain current on your quarterly payments, you will have access to and use of the website created by Company. Failure to make payments will result in suspension of website services and potential deletion of the website.
3. Ownership and Intellectual Property
a. Website Ownership: Company retains ownership of the website, including all design elements, code, and intellectual property, regardless of payment status.
b. Use License: Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the website solely for the operation of your shop/business, subject to compliance with these Terms.
4. Maintenance and Support
a. Maintenance: Company may offer ongoing maintenance and support services for your website, subject to additional fees.
b. Updates: It is your responsibility to keep your website content updated. Company may assist with updates upon request, subject to additional fees.
